Some of the talent management projects and assignments I led or co-led across Cisco include:

- Led virtual, global team that developed and delivered a single competency model and self-serve development tool for the global sales organization (9,000 employees) to increase alignment and provide career management.
- Led the on-boarding and integration of newly acquired employees into sales organization during nine acquisitions, working globally and at all levels of the organization.
